Fluker’s High-Calcium Roach Diet is a premium, veterinarian-formulated gut-loading food designed to improve the nutritional value of feeder roaches before they are offered to reptiles.
Roaches naturally may not provide sufficient calcium to meet a reptile’s nutritional requirements. Gut-loading feeder roaches with a nutrient-rich diet helps increase their calcium content, allowing your reptile to benefit from both the nutritional value of the insect and its nutrient-rich gut contents.
Fluker’s High-Calcium Roach Diet has been formulated to establish a positive calcium-to-phosphorus ratio in live roaches when fed as directed, helping support proper nutrition and healthy bone development in reptiles.
Feeding Guidelines
Feed as the primary food source for feeder roaches and offer fresh food daily.
For optimal gut-loading and calcium intake, allow roaches to feed on the diet for at least 24 hours before offering them to your reptile.
Avoid adding sliced potatoes or other moisture sources during gut-loading. These low-nutrition water sources may reduce the roaches' consumption of the gut-loading diet.
If keeping roaches for longer than one week, Fluker’s Cricket Quencher may be offered twice weekly as a moisture source without the drowning risk associated with open water dishes.
