They’re manufactured with a very fine, porous material that effectively traps even the most minute particulates to ensure the finest level of biological pollutant removal. Still, these pads encourage great colonization conditions for positive bacterial cultures, including the bacteria that helps decompose harmful substances. These reusable Eheim Fine Filter Pads can be reused several times but must be replaced once they become soiled to avoid damage to the filter's motor head.
