Zoo Med Eco Earth® Loose Coconut Fiber Substrate is a natural, ready-to-use bedding made from coconut husk fibre. Designed for reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates, Eco Earth provides excellent moisture retention to help maintain healthy humidity levels in tropical and naturalistic terrariums.
Unlike compressed coconut fibre bricks, this convenient 8 qt (8.8 L) loose bag is ready to use directly from the package with no soaking or expanding required.
Eco Earth naturally absorbs odours and helps break down waste while providing a soft substrate that encourages natural burrowing and digging behaviours. It is an excellent choice for planted, tropical and bioactive enclosures.

Ideal For
Crested Geckos, Gargoyle Geckos, tropical snakes, tree frogs, dart frogs, salamanders, tarantulas, scorpions, hermit crabs, isopods, millipedes and many other humidity-loving species.
Directions
Spread Eco Earth evenly across the bottom of the enclosure. Keep the substrate appropriately damp for tropical species and adjust moisture according to the requirements of the animal being housed.
Spot clean regularly and replace the substrate as necessary.
